In this section, you will need to select YES or NO to all answers, apart from 4.2 where you will have the option of uploading a copy of your Club Safeguarding policy.
To upload a cop of this policy you need to click on the Red paper icon highlighted.
In the pop-up box that appears, you then need to change the document type to Supporting document instead of Generated by COMET.
You then need to click the Choose button and upload your Clubs Policy by double clicking on it wherever it is saved on your device.
This guide will show referees how to complete a misconduct report on the COMET Football app.
Referees no longer need to fill in and post a paper Misconduct Report. Instead, this should be done on COMET.
After the match, if filling a misconduct report, you should fill in the Match Summary section on the match screen before moving the match status to Played. Please note, you will not be able to fill in the misconduct report or make any changes to the match on COMET after you have changed the match status to Played, so please make sure you fill in any comments before changing the match status.
This can also be done on the web version of COMET if you prefer, and you can find a guide to this here.
The misconduct report should be entered into the Match Summary box. You can find this by scrolling to the bottom of the match screen.
Tap Start entering match summary to enter the misconduct report. Type in your report and tap the tick to save it.
If you have a long or sensitive report to submit, you may choose to submit this directly to the person responsible for the competition discipline later. In this case, please enter something like "Misconduct report to follow by email".
Please remember to enter the misconduct report before you change the match status to Played as you will not be able to enter a report after changing the status.
